The ensemble is located in Masquefa, only 25 minutes from Barcelona, on a gentle slope at the foot of the Sierra de Montserrat, which towers behind it as the landscape’s most prominent feature. The 16th century estate is in an area with over two thousand years’ documented tradition; a privileged area for growing grapes. Its 100 hectares are sprinkled with beautiful vineyards where 13 different varieties of grapes are grown and used to make the Can Bonastre wines.

Can Bonastre’s main building is a masía (typical manor) which the Vallès family has restored, respecting its valuable original elements while giving it a modern, avant-garde air, that exudes elegant sobriety.

All the spaces comprising Can Bonastre have been developed from the winery which originated the project. Its planning began in the 1980s and its first wines were put on the market in 1996. The construction of the ensemble that complements the wine production activities began in 2004, providing a unique wine tourism offering in Catalonia.

ACBUA spa is a space conceived for health, relaxation, wellness and body care —also for peacefulness, quietude and the enjoyment of tranquillity and privacy offered by the surroundings. Constructed with an enormous window that provides a view of the Sierra de Montserrat, it places wine in a central position, with stimulating wine therapy treatments that will bestow upon your skin the benefit of the best properties of the precious liquid.
